  • For any order-related inquiries, email Monica@selkirksmx.com. The answer to the question, "When will my order ship?"—is always, "As soon as possible! We're working hard to get it out to you while ensuring everything meets our high standards of quality."
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
  • For shipping updates, you can track your package directly or contact the carrier. After pickup, there’s typically nothing we can do to expedite shipping or track the order any better than you can with the tracking number. Please use the added shipping insurance at checkout, we will not reimburse orders lost in shipping.
  • If you have other questions about a specific order, please feel free to reach out and include your order number for faster service.
